Minis break; Art time!
I've taken a break from minis painting while I practice/prepare to work on my first children's book. So the blog will be a little quiet for the time being. Here's some art to hold you over :)
It's just going to be a simple silly story starring the four animals in the last picture above (Mouse, Duck, Rabbit and Raccoon) and their piano. A lot of children's books these days seem to focus on a lesson or moral -- I want to do something that has cute animals and a simple humor, for the sake of pure silliness.
Love your style, the book will no doubt be visually appealing.
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of book will it be?

I've enjoyed seeing your watercolour sketches.
